  • There's not really much to add. There is now a sign at the 4×4 trailhead cautioning about a deadly amoeba. Bring plenty of water. The anchor at the end (1.9 miles) appears solid. I wouldn't trust the existing ropes to repel. If you want to drop down the 25'er and 10'er after that bring your own gear. Someone left a water cache towards the end of the hike.
