  • I always usually shop at hotties, but this time I had a horrible experience. I went in looking for a dress for my night out, and I had my hands full walking to the dressing room. I had asked a sales associate (Aida Manager) if she couldn't grab me a size in a dress that I saw on the return rack. she proceeded to tell me that I had to go get it myself. then I asked her nicely if she could please grab it for me since I was already in the dressing room. She said I don't think we have that size anyways. told her forget it I'll check when I was done. I had my 3 year old with me and he had to use the restroom, I had asked her if we could use the restroom, and I said that it wasn't for me it was for him. she said that he was not allowed and we can walk down the street, while my hands were full with merchandise it didn't make sense for me to just leave everything and walk down the street. at this point my son is doing the potty dance, I asked politely one more time, I even said she could walk back there with him and she walked away. my son then not able to control his bladder peed his pants. I'm sure as a three year old peeing your pants in public is embarrassing. I had called corporate and talked to Jessica, she said that Aida has been working there for 2 years and it didn't seem like her personality, and blamed it if she was unprofessional on preganancy. THAT IS NO EXCUSE to be mean, ive been pregnant 3x. Jessica pretty much said i was lying and wouldnt not do anything about the situation. I would not go out of my way to make things right If it was a lie, I just don't have that much free time on my hands! Jessica was just as unprofessional as Adia and I can't believe that people In this world are so disrespectful and RUDE! makes total sense why society is the way it is! I will definitely be spreading the world for people not to go there! They don't deserve the business!!!!! Plenty of other boutiques people can shop at.
