  • Came during late morning on Friday and it was the worst experience I've ever had, renting a car from anywhere in the world! I am also a Gold Member and should have been quick and painless; unfortunately it was the complete opposite. When I got there, the lines were long and they did not have my car. They gave me a substitute car, which was fine, but we made it the worst was the process of transferring to another car and exiting the facilities. These two events alone made it over an hour late, which made me miss the appointment I was scheduled to do. I will probably never rent from them again!
