  • I called the other day. I had a big problem. A company near by that sells boots told me to polish with color polish the underside of my boots, the leather outer sole under the boot. ( very bad advice). The owners of Billy's boot and shoe repair explained to me that the brown polish must come off and how I can take care of it. Well it worked, I got it off. Then I stoped by and they lightly sanded the outer sole a bit..It was very nice that they were able to help me over the phone and in person! Thank you very very much! Ray
