  • Go Pool is a great atmosphere to attend a pool party without having to pay a huge cover if you are a hotel guest. Their service however is so inconsistent I have had a wonderful share of servers/bartenders who were kind and helpful especially the brunette female who worked at the Grotto Bar this morning and Kimber was helpful even though we were not in her section. As a server I get when people are busy that service may be slow, however the server we encountered today was atrocious. She came up to us and asked what we wanted to order. We JUST got a menu from Kimber because our server for our section was no where to be found. So I replied can we have just one minute. Well one minute turned into an hour and half and she was talking to a fellow worker (male in one of their pink and grey polo shirts.) I went to the grotto bar since this server did not tend to anyone in her section. At one point another worker had to go tell her that people are requested her. Since server was unavailable from 9:15-10:30, I was pretty disappointed when the whole purpose of our vacation was just to relax. Also website says the pool water is heated to 80 degrees. It's definitely not and was very cold the entire week. Hot tub and slides were also closed due to construction it seemed. Very limited chair space as well. Get there at opening to ensure a chair or just hope people leave as you are near them.
