  • I absolutely LOVE LIVing here!!! It feels like home (I'm originally from NY and here for work). During my leasing process the entire leasing office assisted me at some point, everyone was so nice and accommodating. To this day, they still are super friendly and always go above and beyond . The property is very well kept, there a smell that comes and goes from the farming that's done in the area however it's all over The Valley in AZ ! Another review mentions there's only one trash receptacle; which is all that is needed since they have valet trash (included with your amenities so no extra fee) , place your trash outside your door at 8pm and it's picked up ! You can also schedule to get your car washed every Saturday for an extra fee but the price is great and way better than any of the places locally. I've had the chance to meet a lot of my neighbors at the community events which are so much fun( you get reward points for attending, that can be redeemed for gift cards). I'm ecstatic to say my neighbors are sweet and for the most part quiet ( the common areas have music (up to date and family friendly) that's where everyone interacts and relax. It's really like one big family here, Someone is always asking if you need help. Everything that you can want in a community is here, my favs 3 front pools (one is 2 feet perfect for toddlers) , a sandy pool, a splash pad and park, they also have community toys in all of the common areas. The gym is amazing, the classes are taught by personal trainers and they are great at their craft, I always leave soaked. Another reviewer implied that the leasing office is racist, I'm an African American woman, they treat me and my daughter outstanding. Since I've moved here I feel like I've gotten to experience a better quality of life. The leasing office also assisted in my search for a sitter, as a single mom I'm truly grateful for them.
