  • Miserable experience. The lady that did my nails was very sloppy. Didn't bother to file them straight and left jagged edges and bubbles. I asked for a matte finish and that is not at all what I received . The manager told her to fix it and all she did was take off the "matte" top coat and then buff it out making it look even worse . Been here once before and didn't have the best experience. I was stupid to give it another try. The manager told me to come back tomorrow and when I told her I couldn't , she didn't even offer a discount off my nails . So much for a relaxing time .
