  • I am writing this review hoping that I will be able to hit send before my phone officially dies. Went to the Tempe location with a cracked screen, got there right at 9 AM on Saturday morning because I had things to do that day. Nobody was there and nobody answered the phone. Shame on me for not taking that as enough reason to quit, but the 5 star rating made me confident this was a great place.. I called again later that evening, he said he was there, he asked what kind of phone I had (6s), he said cool, come on in and I can help you. So I went in, sat there for an hour while he took my phone allllll apart, later to realize he didn't have the correct face for my particular phone. He apologized, told me he would come to me the following day with everything ready so it would be really quick, put my cracked screen back on, and sent me on my way. The next day, Sunday, we had talked about around 1 pm for him to come take care of it. We got in touch at 1, at 3 he said he would let me know when he was on his way, said he was on his way at 4, arrived at 5:30, and we sat in the lobby area at my apartment complex while he worked on it for literally 3 hours, fixed the screen and gave it to me, but my home button didn't work. He fiddled some more, then said he needed to get a part and asked if he could come back at 10 (pm). I said fine. Didn't hear from him until I text him at 10:30. 10:50 he said sorry, is it too late now? I said yes. THE NEXT DAY, Monday I didn't hear from him until 8 pm. He came, fixed it, cool. Now it's Tuesday and in the afternoon my aux jack, speaker, and power input have all gone out. 7% battery left. Goodbye -____-
