My vehicle was involved in a claim with someone who had Legacy Insurance as their provider. Let me say it started with taking a week to get someone out to look at the vehicle and send over numbers to the office. I then had to wait for check to be sent to be able to have vehicle repaired. While vehicle was in the shop (an SUV) I had to pay for my own rental up front to be reimbursed $20 a day for an economy vehicle only.
Trying to get ahold of someone at Legacy is impossible. You will get an automated system just to reach a voicemail for any representative. When you get a live answer they want to redirect you to your claims person just so you can leave another voicemail. The so called supervisor has received over 5 messages from me in a 1 month period and to this day still hasn't responded.
Our vehicle was two weeks old when it was damaged. It now shows front end damage on car fax, when asked about value, Beth asked us to do research and send her results. Value dropped by 3,000 on vehicle and Beth states their evaluation was less than $500. Still no response from Beth or acting Supervisor Marvin.
Please research Legacy before ever buying coverage from them!
