  • I used to recommend people to move into Montierra, but not anymore. Things went downhill since management change in December 2012. Camden requires residents to do Valet Waste for trash collection. Good service for seniors, but not for young people who are not home before 8 pm. There is $25 fee if you leave your trash bin outside between 10 to 5 pm.
