  • Awful staff...rude and condescending. We wanted to adopt a kitten but we're told 6 times in the first 5 minutes that we could absolutely not go into the cat community room because they were filming..I'm guessing they were filming a clip to encourage adoption but ended up turning us away. When we asked about a particular puppy and the application process (the sign was confusing), a young lady with black curly hair walked by and scoffed at why we could not understand what the sign meant-hope she is not in charge of caring for the animals-I feel sorry for them if so! We encountered so many grumpy employees we left after 15 min of being there. Off to HALO in search of our newest family member.
