  • This was our second visit to The Greenhouse. I have wanted to order the Pig's Head for two years and finally took the plunge. Not for the faint of heart! The meat on the pig's face is incredibly tender and flavorful. But it is also layered in a massive amount of fatty tissue, and it's a project to get to it all. I'm glad I ordered it. It was certainly a unique and tasty meal. But for me it's a one-time thing. Also note that the Menu in general is fairly limited as to entrees. There are only 6 or 7 main entrees on the menu at any time.
