  • From the outside rexdale hyundai looks like a great place with a huge assortment of cars. When you step inside / need help it is an absolute disaster. I was early for my appointment with the rep so I decided to look outside and see any cars I liked. I knew it was going to be a bad scene when I was walking outside looking for used cars and no one approached me. Usually used car dealers swarm to new meat. I go in for my appointment and surprise, surprise, my car dealer isn't there. They didn't even bother calling me to say they weren't going to be in that day. When I asked for some help I was told to wait a couple hours instead. Took me about 10 minutes tops to walk in and out as I didn't want to spend my money at such a ridiculous place. Run don't walk away from this dealership. Just imagine if you have issues after you spent your money.
