I recently went in for an intro session at Crossfit Full Strength. I was a member of a different box a few years ago in Washington State, so am familiar with what Crossfit is all about. Coach Gayle gave me a tour of the gym, reviewed their program and class schedule and put me through their baseline test providing appropriate scaling where needed. For a variety of medical and physical reasons, I need to scale pretty much every exercise and Gayle showed me the best ways for me to do that to make sure I was doing the exercise correctly. She was a great coach. I went back the next day for a class and Cory was the coach. There were probably 15 or so people in the class...people were friendly and encouraging. It sounds like they have a great Crossfit community with regular happy hours, potlucks and group activities. I ended up signing up for a membership and look forward to continuing.
