  • Okay -- I will admit this this place was going to be a hard sell for me. I am not a huge ramen fan but the idea of a campus ramen restaurant has always intrigued me. I took my daughter, a big Doodles fan, to lunch today. She got her usual Pad Thai Doodle with bean sprouts and mushrooms and I got the Coconut Tom Doodle with fishballs. Thank goodness that we got in when we did since we were followed by a group of around a dozen people. I thought my soup was fine and I know my daughter enjoyed hers, as well as the four berry smoothie she received. Negatives: They seemed be be out of ingredients for a few of the drinks and the place had musty smell to it. So ... I thought Doodles was okay, but not the kind of place I would go to again. But for a college student looking to get a quick, hot lunch on the cheap, I can see why this place would be very attractive.
