  • Unfortunately we had a few issues this trip. Elevators were not working so we had to use secondary elevators. In addition, one night the power was off and they had glow sticks in hallways. It was a bit scary and sketchy. The rooms themselves are outstanding. Well appointed. Location is perfect. Shopping and restaurants are super close. It's unfortunate we had the few issues this trip. It would be a 4 if for not those issues.
