  • I signed up for the "Switcher" program at the end of last year and Jordan stated "you will receive your pre-paid cards in 4-6 weeks and will be able to use them to pay Verizon". Well he lied. What he failed to state was that you have to maintain your account in good standing for 45 days then the 4-6 week clock starts. Had I have known the truth, I would have never have done it. He also guaranteed great service in the area I live in. Well that doesn't seem to be the truth either. Also took in my DD214 to receive a veteran discount on my plan, as they promote, and they don't have any record of that either. Needless to say, switching was a big mistake on my part and I will leave when this nightmare is over. If you're with Verizon, stay there!!
