I don't normally do yelp reviews, however after doing overhead presses for the first time in a long time because of a shoulder injury, I felt the need to let everyone know how amazing this studio is. Seth (the owner) worked on my shoulder for weeks, doing a technique called Myofascial Release which allowed me to have full range of motion again and more importantly I'm now pain free. Thank you Seth!
I have been training with Michael Sheffield for over two years and he is by far the best in the business. I used to be the typical cardio person, who ran and ran and yet I could not break the two hour mark on a half marathon. Thanks to Michael's training I broke that record last year and ran a half marathon almost every month! I now feel stronger and healthier than ever. Thank you Michael!
