  • Extremely long wait time - 4.5 hours and still had people in front of us to see the doctor. If they would've warned us when we got there we would've left right away. I called twice before coming to check but no one answered the phone. The entire time we were waiting there was no update on how much longer it would be. We finally walked out and went to the ER. At least at the ER you can make an appointment online before you get there so you can just walk right in and be seen. The staff was friendly and the place was nice and clean but it's not worth the wait at night when you have a very sick child.
