  • The first time I went to Pho 8 I was just getting over a cold (no, I wasn't contagious) and felt the need for a soup. After sampling the wonton bowl, I thought it was the best place on the planet. It was so good that I ended up back a week later, only to discover that while it was still pretty good, their plastic drinking glasses and plastic soup spoons reek of bleach or some other cleansing agent. Nice to know they are sanitized, but I could live without the chemical infusion with my lunch. Good soup, clean place, but a little too heavy on the cleansers. I'd still go back, but I think I'll bring my own spoon next time.
