  • I was a recent resident at Madera for just under 3 years and truly must say that I had a wonderful time, enjoyed a beautiful apartment and was sad to leave. Yvonne the property manager was consistently personable, professional, patient and thorough during any and all communications and interactions, as were the entire office and maintenance staff courteous and helpful. If or when my apartment required maintenance or extermination attention, my requests for service were handled in a timely manner and if for any reason could not be tended to immediately I was contacted by the office to acknowledge and reschedule. Upon move out, the handling of my initial deposits were processed efficiently and I experienced no surprise or unexplained charges. All explanations were clear and true to contract. I had a wonderful, peaceful residence while at Madera - my apartment was in a great location and I had friendly and respectful neighbors. I would recommend Madera to anyone looking for an apartment home in a upscale area, with a perfect location (lovely parks, great shopping, dining, Red Rock Casino, freeway access etc.). I have only words of praise and positive experience to report which I must thank Yvonne and the entire staff, for making my years at Madera hassle-free, pleasant and comfortable!! A+++
