| - My overall experience at this office was not good. I'm taking a risk in writing this review because of an acquaintance related to this physician, which is why I came here. With that said, I'll say this: freedom of speech.
Before I was seen, my co-pay was over collected and when I asked why the receptionist told me she "didn't know somebody else did that".
I brought in all my medical records, including MRIs that were less than a week old, but before even saw the doctor to discuss anything they put me through a series of x-rays. Why on earth he would need x-rays because they had my MRIs, I don't know other than it helps them to increase their billing to my insurance and make more money.
I had just been released from the hospital days before, but once again, before I even saw the doctor I was given testing for medication and my insurance was billed $1100. Thank goodness I have excellent insurance!
Later, I received a phone call from another office that this doctor referred me to. The bad part about it, he either didn't listen to me, or was looking at the wrong patient chart for the referral because I explained to him I was already seeing a physician for these services.
So, the two biggest reasons why won't be returning: excessive insurance billing and I need a physician who listens to me.
