  • From experience, I live here. It's not a place to live if you have kids. You're not allowed to do any kind of maintenance in the parking lot. There's a fire pit that you can use until 9 and it doesn't get dark until 930. There's security that walks around the perimeter harassing people. Has a retirement community feel and if you don't fall in line with that, this isn't a viable living choice for you. For example, I've received a complaint for walking up the stairs too loudly after work at 5 PM IN THE AFTERNOON. The actual appearance of the property is great, but the community is terrible.
