  • Right from the front door, you feel like you are at home. Greeted by Richard, 22yr veteran at the Marriott, he makes you feel like you have been best friends for decades. He definitely made my 50th birthday weekend a special experience. You can tell he loves what he does and is proud to do it for who he does it for. I will be sending Marriott corporate a communication about him. He is THAT good. The lobby is beautiful. Our room, a corner king-suite on the 17th floor was clean and very comfortable. The whole place is top notch. We will be back the next time visiting Cleveland.
