  • Love this retro chic apt complex. This complex gives me a downtown city living feel; gotta go inside to get into your unit. The studios are a good size to fit a queen bed, couch and small dining table. The kitchen is cute and cozy; enough for one person; I would like one more cabinet. Love the closet space! As a female, you have a huge walk in closet and another double door closet in the bathroom and a smaller closet in the shower room for towels etc. I would be completely satisfied with the bathroom if the vanity area had its own light switch from the bathroom area. The sound of the running air vent is annoying and loud. Issues I see are bugs, there are so many roaches! I see them everywhere; bathroom, kitchen, on my furniture. I do have a roach spray on hand. The pool area is super cute! Very retro with upgraded floors and nice fire pit area. The grills work very well too; very hot and easy to use. Neighbors hangout a lot outside; very friendly. The other concern that I see are the hallways. "Some" residents have NO respect for the complex. They leave the hallways dirty all the time; trash, sticky floors. So with this there can be a lingering smell left in the hallways. Again this is from some residents who have no respect. There are cleaning crews that come during the week but they are not here to clean everyday. Over all 3.5 stars. Can this complex add a gym? Add wifi to the utilities?
