  • Was on time for a 10am appointment on Saturday. Their office space is located in a building leasing temporary spaces. So it seems like a pop up shop. First red flag! Every staff member must have been 25 y or younger. The blazers fool no one. Second red flag! I waited for 30 min to be called. Never happened. So I chose to leave. Only to then receive multiple text messages asking why I "canceled" my appointment and if I'd like to re-schedule. Third red flag! Also, their terms & conditions include a clause stating that if they can't help you they're allowed to refer your case (and all your data) to Invisalign. For a nice referral fee I'm sure.
