  • If I could give them zero stars, I would. My daughter had her nails filled and one broken nail redone at Cosmo nail and spa, yesterday by one of the male technicians. When I picked her up, we headed to our dinner reservations and she had me look at her nails because the technician who fixed the broken nail made it rounded vs squared at the tip. It looked awful. It looked as if I personally tried to put a acrylic nail on for her. It was bumpy, rounded, and uneven. Also, the fills were so horrible, they made all of her nails look like bumpy and uneven. So we came in the next day to get it fixed and I was being nice when I told them about her nails and they needed to be fixed. The gentleman at the counter said, 'I am the only guy here that does nails and that's not my work. You didn't come here because I didn't do her nails.' I said, 'yes I'm positive I brought her here. I dropped her off here.' He said, 'No, you didn't come here and that's not my work. I am the only man that does nails here.' Then some other guy came up to the counter and fessed up to doing her nails. So, not only did the man at the counter call me a liar but he had some major attitude with me. I told him that all of her nails would need to be redone since they all looked uneven and bumpy. He said, he wouldn't do a new set and would only fix the nails. Knowing that I am very angry with him, his attitude and the service. They offered nothing else to keep my business. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
