  • I've been going to Sugarmoon for awhile now. And i must say, I simply love this place! Today's experience with the owner was amazing. I can tell she is a manager who appreciates and values what she does AND her employees. But let's talk about the service: I have sensitive skin and sugaring doesn't irritate it (whereas waxing used too). Even though there was some miscommunication on both parties, me and the sugarist, the service was still fantastic. I'm so glad I got to finally meet the owner. For some odd reason I had it in my mind she was just after the money and is scary. As I've met a lot of owners who are unpleasant. But Paola is anything but that! She's wonderful, I like talking to her and knows what she's doing!! I felt relaxed even though I wasn't with my usual Sugarist. I recommend this place over and over! If I could give it 7 stars I would.
