  • I can't say enough bad things about trying to rent from this location. I reserved a truck, called the day before to confirm the reservation, showed up on time, and the guy at the counter said 'sorry, I don't have anything for you.' The manager was no better. She acted like she was doing me a favor trying to find a truck for me to rent (although I HAD a reservation - that I made 2 months prior). She told me to 'try again tomorrow.' Really? Come back tomorrow? Then, the manager told me she'd call when she had a truck available. Well, that was 5 days ago and she hasn't called. All I can suggest is to STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET truck rental.
