  • Just left and all I can say is impressed! I am huge on customer service and I got it from my first step in the door. I am visiting from out of town, so I didn't know if this would be the place for me, but the reviews were great, so I thought I'd check it out. I was greeted by every employee in sight, asked how I could be helped, and then assured that I could be. I had to wait but that gave me time to decide on color :) I was also reassured several times that it would be just a little longer (although I wasn't in a hurry, I truly appreciated not being ignored!). Through the process of getting my nails done, I was treated wonderfully by Lee. She was kind, gentle, never rushed or assumed I wanted something I didn't. She truly treated me with respect. Also when I went to wash my hands she gave me a warm towel to dry them off with, so nice. I've never had that before! She had also offered me a drink when we say down, so many nice things, I just can't remember them all! Please go see them!! :) great prices, great people!!
