  • I WANT to like this place more. I have not been to any of their other locations. This was my second visit to this shop. My first visit was at 4pm weekday No donuts left to mention. Might as well as closed the shop, too cold for shakes and they don't do a good job of selling the coffee bar. The employee was too busy talking to someone in the phone and giving them a count of the donuts left to talk to customers. So myself and a couple other customers left empty handed. Tried again this AM around 8:15AM. Wait was 5 deep when I got there. One person at the counter, the credit card machine wasn't working and a line continued to grow. Got my donuts - the display case was full! But I didn't bother to get coffee because the line was 7 deep behind me and growing. By now the credit card machine worked. Nice to get a bakers dozen plus one - but not necessary. My total $16 - 14 cakes! Now for the donuts - tasty cakey goodness. The Boston crime had plenty of filling, the sprinkle donuts had plenty of sprinkles, the regular chocolate and vanilla frosted had plenty of frosting. I like them! I will return, but probably not often - there are other choices. Owners - ADD help, up sell coffee, gimmie a reason to sit down and relax. The TV is nice, but the wait time is unacceptable. Your employee was busting her butt doing the best she could and was very apologetic and friendly. Hopefully she continues on. Keep dialing in the shop.
