  • This is a computer supermarket where you will find everything you need for your computer and then some. It is great for the hobbyiest who needs individual computer parts or hard-to-find adapters. Unfortunately, this place can also be a zoo with some of the worst customer service you will find. Their 18Minute-Online-pickup is a joke. On one occasion, they could not find the held items. On another, I stood 1st in line and waited and waited while cashiers were just standing there with no customers. The manager was just standing there ignoring me and doing paperwork. I finally left and ordered the same items on Amazon for about the same price. Often times store employees are unavailable when you need to find out where they stock things--did I say this was a supermarket? My recommendation is to use Microcenter only if absolutely needed and you can't wait.
