  • This place could be a 5 but it wasn't when we went. The young lady at the counter had no type of customer service. She did not greet us when coming up to the counter and she was rude. We had a coupon that we wanted to use but couldn't so instead of telling us why we couldn't use the coupon in the first place she just told us "no you can't use that". She said that twice before us asking why we could not use it. She told us that this place was no longer Taylor Made and it was called another place but how she went about it was unnecessary. Instead of saying something rude back all I did was complemented her on her eyes which then sparked her to pt a smile on, I hopedI killed her rudeness with kindness. Other than her 1 Star customer service, this was a fun and affordable driving range. Will definitely come back but hopefully this young lady has abetter attitude because she obviously hated her job.
