We went for lunch on a frigid day, hoping to get warmed up from a bowl of pho. The place was pretty busy when we got there around 12:30pm but we were able to get a table for 11.
The service was good but the food could have been better. We may be biased as we are used to Pho 75's delicious pho but the noodles were too soft despite the broth being decent. I can't speak for the spring rolls personally but was informed by one of us in the party that they were disappointing as well.
