This review is about Cesar Estrada. and also, the service department I bought a brand new Polaris RZR 1000 Turbo 4 seater. He was my salesman. He is the best!!!! If you want a salesman who puts you first and doesn't bug you to death, ask for Cesar. You will love his great personality. Anyone looking to buy a new toy should come here and ask for Cesar Estrada you will be very happy you did. If you hate the usual salesman attitude as much as I do, ask for Cesar Estrada. See the difference in his style of selling and you will be impressed too.
Now, my review of the service department. I had a problem with my A-arm on my RZR. Polaris was HORRIBLE to deal with!!! They do not stand behind their products at all.
RIDENOW was amazing to deal with! They tried to help us deal with Polaris. JIM SAGE came in on his day off to try to help us. Which really helped! Aric Muse General Manager was a big help. Matt Thompkins( Service Manager ) even helped us with the labor. All the service department came together to make a truly horrible experience a much better one. I am so glad I bought my RZR from Ridenow. They get an A+ for the way they took care of this customer. I would have to say I don't think I would buy another Polaris anything, but I would buy something else Ridenow was selling. This location is top notch. They are so professional. I am very impressed. Ridenow has my business, and they should have your business too.
