  • Unprofessional and a mess. I called service for a quote for work. The receptionist transferred me to an advisor that I left a message for. I left the exact part number and work that I need done. I was then called back and given the price. I made an appointment and cancelled my morning duties. I get there on time and was told "I have no idea why they told you that" the price was now 4x more. I sat for a second and debated if I should do it and then was told the fastest I can be seen is 3 hours later. What was the purpose of my 8:30 in the morning appointment then? How do you get both the price AND appointment time so wrong? I can understand one. I was told sorry and I drove off. I'd never go back to this place in life nor recommend it.
