  • Amazing company helped our family in a time of NEED! My mother who is up there in age and disabled had a decent leak behind her refrigerator over a weekend which destroyed her laminate floors. I spoke to a very polite lady in the call center who listened to our needs and sent some one out to help us out that Very Same Day. The Sales rep I believe his name was John, was so polite in understanding what we needed and did not waste our time. Due to my mother being on a fixed income, he first brought in the In-stock special items that he told us he could save us quite a bit of money on. Great quality, extremely competitive prices and here's the kicker... He then asked, "What time Tomorrow would work best for your mother to have us install?" We were so Floored... (no pun intended) two other companies told us 1 week until we would get a bid And HD said they needed us to pay $75 JUST FOR AN ESTIMATE! As promised the Installers showed up promptly the next morning and even waited until we got her situated and moved. They moved all the furniture, toilets, and appliances! Tore up and hauled away all the laminate pieces and shards. Installed tile in three large areas and a bathroom all in the two days they told us it would take. We came home to all the furniture, toilets, and appliances back in perfect condition. I am not a flooring Maven.. but I would say they did a clean flawless job. The install manager even sent out a Swiffer mop cleaning kit to take care of the new floors as a Gift for my mother. The next day another very nice and professional lady called me to insure our install was completed properly and that we were happy with our purchase/experience. I told her what an amazing job from start to finish her co-workers did and that I will make sure to write a positive review. I will be doing my entire 2200SF house after the new year due to my experience. I look forward to doing business with them again. I would highly recommend them to do you and your mothers flooring!
