  • Went there and bought a phone they charged double the sales tax stating that the retail price is 449 and that we would need to pay the sales tax on that amount vs the 199 that he was selling it to me for. Came home to do some more research and realized what a scam this guy is. You can buy a refurbished phone on boost mobiles website directly and they charge the correct sales tax. Never coming back to his place again. I should have done a little more research prior to buying the phone. I'm going to contact the better business bureau to see if what he is doing is legal. If his place is representing boost mobile that they should certainly have the same prices.
