  • Penske replaced the tow hinge of my Lexus RX450h back in January 2018. This week I hooked up my trailer to the SUV for the beginning of the camping season and found out that none of the trailer's lights works. I called Penske and explained the situation to Scott Organ. He is courteous and asked me to drop the SUV off the next morning so they can check it out immediately. Upon my arrival, Scott assigned 2 technicians (Felix and Joe) for quick assessment. In 20 minutes, they found the problem and it was a missing ground of the 4 way electrical adapter that connects the electrical wiring between the SUV and the trailer. They root caused the problem in 20 minutes and I was literally driving home there after. The work that Penske did back in January is solid but they went out of their way to help me debug an electrical adapter problem. They have earned all my future business in auto body work!
