  • Be aware of the terrible customer service! Not only was our food late (30+ minutes) but the man answering the phone was EXTREMELY hostile. When I had inquired about our delivery he barely let me speak and when I had attempted to ask a question, he threw a vague answer at me and then hung up. I placed my order through EAT24, to whom of which, could barely handle the dilemma. Pizza Bellino refused to give me a refund and offered to deliver the old pizza instead (at that point 50+ minutes old). EAT24 ended up refunding me however, I would think twice about both companies before doing anymore business with either one. Pittsburgh has tons of great pizza places I will never order from this rat hole again.
