  • Their valet was seriously the worst experience ever. Sat in my wheelchair (I've got a broken ankle) with our 4 small children for over 30 minutes for our vehicle. People that claimed their vehicles after us came and went. We kept waiting and waiting. They had only 2 people working the valet bringing up cars. I finally asked what was going on. Assuming they never called for our vehicle. So disappointed. You would think for a higher end hotel they would have their valet services in order. Never again!
