| - Like most everyone else, I hate car repair stuff. I always feel as though I'm getting ripped off because I don't know anything about cars. The Toyota dealership had told me I needed a new water pump and some other things done to my car. I looked around online and found We Fix It Auto Repair. When I called, I asked if they would look at it to see if I needed any repairs, but didn't want to tell them what the problem was so I could see if they found the same issue as Toyota. I ended up telling him, but when I brought it in, he asked the technician to look for leaks instead of flat out telling him to check the water pump. When the tech finished up, he came to the same conclusion as Toyota. We compared what they came up with to what Toyota told me I needed and I only performed the repairs that were actually needed. Also, while they were fixing it, they provided me a loaner car to get home, which was totally unexpected and I was very appreciative. During the two day process, Andreas, the owner, came out and introduced himself and remembered me by name the next day. Both he and Dean, the customer service rep, were fantastic. In the end, I saved about 500 dollars compared to the dealership. I will return to this facility for future car care needs.
