  • We had a very poor experience with Film Monkey and would not recommend them to anyone. They had poor email communication from the beginning and did not find a videographer until a few days before our wedding! And we gave 2 months of notice. They replied to 1/5 emails sent, and just ignore them. Rebecca Portman the owner was the point person. They did not make the video documentary style as requested in email. They took months to make the video and finished only after many emails that were ignored from me. and finished AFTER the promised finish date in the contract. Contract violation! Then it took another 2 months to receive the raw footage which was requested in the beginning. So glad to be over working with them as brought a lot of fear and stress into our wedding. The video was good though thankfully.
