  • I would give 0 stars if possible. What kind of company gives a "reserved" vehicle, that's being picked up on time, away. This crappy managed Alamo does. Please be advised, don't rent here or you'll be disappointed and waste your time. I had reserved a 15 passenger van, set it up for pick up, came to do the paperwork at the counter, and was given the paperwork to go pick up the vehicle upstairs. Come to find out, the vehicle was not there and they had no explanation. I wasn't the only one either! There were other customers waiting on a vehicle that was promised. The managers could only say "well we can give you two minivans for the same price". Did I reserved "two minivans"? No. Now I will need 2 drivers, double the gas, and we only had 1 parking pass so now we would had to buy another. Did not want to comp us for our time we wasted, for the extras we were going to need, the inconvenience. This place is total crap and service is crap. I couldn't believe a company would do this to their customers. This situation has lost not only me, but 14 other people of our business and I hope more if they do not change. Have not felt so much disservice from any place I've been too. Lastly, I would like to thank Avis for resolving my situation and giving me a better deal, let alone making my horrible day a better one. #AVIS
