If you're looking for any one to help you out side of the beauty department. Go somewhere else because everyone -including some of the pharmacists - dont know what they are talking about.
My roommate had multiple bad experiences with their pharmacy staff. They told her certain medication would not cause a yeast infection if she did not take probiotics and that her anti depression pills were the same as the generic version. Which if anyone has ever taken anti depression pills, they know that the generic labels do not have time release capsules and that name brand ones like Wellbutrin are designed to release a dosage throughout the day, rather than one massive dosage in the morning.
Not only was my roommate confused by her sudden mood changes, the pharmacy actually argued with her that the pills are "suppose to be the same". While the main active ingredients are the same. Its the capsule and they way it is delivered which is crucial - and might i add proven with evidence if one looks up the scientific journals written on these pills- that makes the world of a difference and thus should be told to patients!
I feel bad for anyone else out there that has had a pharmacist change their medication to a generic brand without sharing the side effects making the change will cause. Just because they are they say they are the same does not mean YOU will react the same way to these new pills.
In the end my roommate has switched the the Rexall at the yonge and eg centre. So far she is much happier with their service.
