  • So dope of Steve F. to add this as a "business"! These walls are curated by local legend Ras One, member of Zulu Nation, former owner of Pop2 (i think that's what it was called), activist, and Hip-Hop culture/element aficionado/supporter. The walls are updated about twice a year for the graf shows "Meeting of Styles" and "Midnight Marauders". It is so inspiring to watch all the artists, who come from far and wide, while they work on their pieces for 2--3 days. You can catch some KILLER pieces from writer legends and people who are working on their own legend. Once the walls are done, it's good to revisit the walls every so often with a fresh pair of eyes. You may catch something you never noticed before. With the exception of the Mear One piece a few years back, most pieces are respected and never tagged over by dumb fools. If you haven't seen them, go check out these beautiful works of hip-hop culture ta-day! This is a copy & paste review from the previously misspelled "Graffitti Art Gallery Alley". The only thing that has changed is that there hasn't been a "Meeting of Styles" or "Midnight Marauders" for awhile. But the murals change frequently, and if you go down there during the day, you may be able to catch and meet the artists. You can also stop at Main Source, the shop that supplies a lot of the spray cans, and say what's up.
