  • I've been coming here for years now but lately the service has been extremely slow. I went a couple weeks ago to get gel polish the day before a big interview and was declined service because they said they were closed. I arrived at 5 and they were scheduled to close at 6. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that it is impolite to enter a store or restaurant near closing time, but I could have been easily in and out in as little as 30 minutes (still way before their actual closing time) if they hadn't turned me away! I'll be finding a new nail salon.
