  • Once again another let down via the Apple store Chandler. Made an other appointment for the Genius Bar to fix a broken screen on my IPad. After waiting 20 minutes past appointment time. " Sorry our system is down you will need to reschedule for tomorrow". Geniuses can't fix their own system.
