I called their service department and explained to him the the Bluetooth in my car was not working correctly
I also told the service writer that I have purchased this car about a week and a half ago
I'm currently trying to establish a town car service here in Phoenix and I need my equipment to work to the best of its ability
the service writer suggested that I look through my owners manual and do a master reset and if I still had problems after that to bring the car in on Monday
I was very surprised that she didn't ask me to bring the car in to do the master reset or offer to have it checked out
good customer service is very important to me I provided to my customers everyday. eventually I will be growing my business and whatever dealership gives me the customer service with car. I will turn into that dealership in the future to purchase more vehicles
