  • I stay here often. Front desk is always prompt and friendly. Room service for my fave beef dip sandwich ($19 with salad or fries) took only 25 mins. Bed was comfy, room clean and quiet. I don't understand why the tv was not on a higher stand... Odd to look down to watch. Carpets by the elevator a little worn and dirty at edges. I never swim in the pool because it's visible in the middle of the open lobby and from the inner rooms. Saw some girls enjoying it though. They have a nice gym and Starbucks coffee. Great hotel for an airport stop. Connected to the airport so you can just walk from the terminal on the upper food court over. If you want to save money, you can pick up something from the terminal (subway, Swiss chalet or sushi, etc) and bring it with you to your room.
